Can I cancel my vendor registration?

No. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred under any circumstances. If you no show, future applications may be denied.

Someone is advertising tables for sale on Facebook. Is that legit?

NO. Tables can only be purchased directly through our website.

Can I pick my table placement?

No. All placement is decided by event staff and we cannot accommodate any special requests.

When will I receive load in information?

Load in instructions will be emailed to vendors one week before the show. Please check your spam folder and promotions folder if you haven’t received it.

Why does my order say pending?

Please send us an email with the show date you’d like to join the waitlist for. If the waitlist is still open we will add you.

How do I join the waitlist?
