  • No. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Transferring tables must be approved by event staff beforehand.

  • NO. Tables can only be purchased directly through our website.

  • No. All placement is decided by event staff and we cannot accommodate any special requests.

  • Load in instructions will be emailed to vendors one week before the show. Please check your spam folder and promotions folder if you haven’t received it.

  • Please send us an email with the show date you’d like to join the waitlist for. If the waitlist is still open we will add you.
