Case Rental Terms of Service
Display cases are rented for the duration of the event and must be returned to Liquid Games staff at the end of the show. A $150 cash security deposit is required at the time of pickup and will be fully refunded once the case is returned in the same condition it was received. Vendors are responsible for the care, use, and supervision of the rental case during the event. Any lost, missing, or damaged cases or components (including plastic panels, locks, keys, or structural parts) will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional repair or replacement fees may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount. Cases must be returned promptly at the end of the event and may not be removed from the venue without permission from event staff. Liquid Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise placed inside rental cases.
