How it Works

Pokémon Market brings together collectors, artists, and vendors through individually ticketed events held throughout the year.

Vendor tables are released per event and are available on a first-come basis.

To participate as a vendor:

  • View our upcoming events below

  • Purchase a vendor table from our available events

  • Receive confirmation, load-in details, and vendor guidelines via email prior to the show

Vendor tables are limited and may sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as they’re released.

What’s Included

  • One 6-foot vendor table

  • One chair

  • Table cover provided

  • Two vendor badges included per table

  • One additional vendor badge provided for each additional table purchased

Important Information

  • Tables are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable; all sales are final.

  • Table assignments are provided by event staff; we cannot accommodate any special requests.

  • Load-in, setup instructions, and vendor guidelines will be emailed prior to the event

  • Approved merchandise includes Pokémon TCG, collectibles, art, plush, and related items. Additional TCGs are acceptable.

By purchasing a vendor table, you agree to all event rules and policies.

Book a Vendor Table

  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances. Failure to attend (no‑show) may result in denial of future applications.

  • No. Vendor tables are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tables may not be resold or given to another vendor under any circumstances.

    A valid ID is required at check-in. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance. No-shows will forfeit their table without refund and will void future eligibility to vend.

  • Orders will show as “pending” until the vendor checks in at the event. If your payment was successfully processed, your registration is confirmed and no further action is needed.

  • No. Tables are non-transferable and can only be purchased directly through our official website. Any resold tables will not be honored.

  • All table placements are assigned by our event team. We’re unable to accommodate special location requests. Table assignments will be sent out via email closer to the event date.

  • Vendors will receive load-in instructions via email one week before the event. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or promotions folders.

  • At this time, all of our waitlists are currently full. We truly appreciate your interest and hope to have you join us at a future event.
