How it Works

Liquid Games Pokémon Market hosts collectible events throughout the year, bringing together collectors, artists, vendors, and Pokémon fans from across the region.

Each event has its own vendor registration, with tables released individually and available while supplies last.

How to become a vendor:

1. Browse our upcoming events below.

2. Select the event you'd like to vend at.

3. Purchase your vendor table when registration opens.

4. Receive your confirmation, vendor guide, and load-in information via email before the event.

Vendor registration is announced through our Instagram Stories and vendor newsletter. We highly recommend following us on Instagram and subscribing to our newsletter so you don't miss future registration dates.

Vendor tables are limited, and many events sell out quickly. Once registration opens, we recommend securing your table as soon as possible.

If an event is marked Sold Out, you can join the waitlist by entering your email address on that event's page. If tables become available, we'll notify the waitlist before reopening registration or releasing any additional vendor spots.

Important Information

  • Tables are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable; all sales are final.

  • Table assignments are provided by event staff; we cannot accommodate any special requests.

  • Load-in, setup instructions, and vendor guidelines will be emailed prior to the event

  • Approved merchandise includes Pokémon TCG, collectibles, art, plush, and related items. Additional TCGs are acceptable.

By purchasing a vendor table, you agree to all event rules and policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances. Failure to attend (no‑show) may result in denial of future applications.

  • No. Vendor tables are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tables may not be resold or given to another vendor under any circumstances.

    A valid ID is required at check-in. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance. No-shows will forfeit their table without refund and will void future eligibility to vend.

  • Orders will show as “pending” until the vendor checks in at the event. If your payment was successfully processed, your registration is confirmed and no further action is needed.

  • No. Tables are non-transferable and can only be purchased directly through our official website. Any resold tables will not be honored.

  • All table placements are assigned by our event team. We’re unable to accommodate special location requests. Table assignments will be sent out via email closer to the event date.

  • Vendors will receive load-in instructions via email one week before the event. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or promotions folders.

  • At this time, all of our waitlists are currently full. We truly appreciate your interest and hope to have you join us at a future event.
