All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances. Failure to attend (no‑show) may result in denial of future applications.

No. Vendor tables are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tables may not be resold or given to another vendor under any circumstances.
A valid ID is required at check-in. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance. No-shows will forfeit their table without refund and will void future eligibility to vend.

Orders will show as “pending” until the vendor checks in at the event. If your payment was successfully processed, your registration is confirmed and no further action is needed.

No. Tables are non-transferable and can only be purchased directly through our official website. Any resold tables will not be honored.

All table placements are assigned by our event team. We’re unable to accommodate special location requests. Table assignments will be sent out via email closer to the event date.

Vendors will receive load-in instructions via email one week before the event. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or promotions folders.
