Join us for an upcoming Liquid Games event! Please review all vendor information and policies carefully before registering. By purchasing a vendor space, you agree to the policies below.
Each vendor space includes:
One 6ft table
Tablecloth
Chair(s)
Vendors may not bring additional tables. Small shelving, displays, and signage are permitted as long as they remain completely within your assigned space and do not interfere with neighboring vendors, walkways, or venue egress.
All vendor placements are determined by Liquid Games event staff. Please do not submit special placement requests, as we are unable to guarantee or accommodate them.
Your table assignment, load-in instructions, arrival times, parking information, and other important event details will be sent by email prior to the show. Vendors are responsible for reviewing this information before arriving.
All vendor registrations are final sale.
Cancellations are not permitted.
Vendor spaces cannot be resold, transferred, or given to another vendor for any reason.
Vendors who do not attend the event will not receive a refund or credit.
Vendors must arrive and be fully set up by the designated time provided in the event email. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of your space.
Only registered vendors may occupy or operate from the assigned vendor space.
Additional tables are not permitted.
Displays, shelving, signage, merchandise, and personal belongings must remain within your assigned space and may not block neighboring spaces, aisles, walkways, entrances, exits, or emergency egress.
Amplified music and portable speakers are not permitted.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and removing all trash at the end of the event.
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.
Vendors must follow all venue rules and instructions provided by Liquid Games staff before and during the event.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the planning, placement, and expenses involved in each event, we do not offer refunds, credits, cancellations, transfers, or resales of vendor spaces.
Please make sure you are able to attend the event before completing your registration.
Failure to follow vendor policies, load-in instructions, or event staff direction may result in removal from the event and/or affect eligibility for future Liquid Games events.
