Vendor Table Information & Policies

Please read all information carefully before purchasing your vendor table.

Check-In Requirements

  • The billing name must match the individual checking in on event day. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Please plan accordingly.

  • If more than one business will be selling from your vendor space, every business must be listed during registration. This requirement applies only to businesses selling products or services and does not include helpers, employees, or staff assisting at your table.

Vendor Space Includes

Each vendor space includes:

  • One (1) 6-foot table

  • One tablecloth

  • One (1) chair

Additional tables brought by vendors are not permitted. Vendors are welcome to bring additional chairs if needed. Small shelving, display fixtures, and tabletop displays are permitted as long as they remain entirely within your assigned space and do not obstruct neighboring vendors or event aisles.

Table Assignments

Vendor placement is determined solely by event staff. We are unable to accommodate placement requests, including requests to be near specific vendors, walls, entrances, or other locations. Table assignments are carefully planned to create the best possible event experience and are not determined by order of purchase.

Due to the high volume of emails we receive, placement request emails will not receive a response. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Status

Orders displaying "Pending Fulfillment" are confirmed orders. Your order status will remain as "Pending Fulfillment" until you check in at the event. If your order has been paid in full, your vendor space is confirmed.

Event Information

An email containing load-in instructions, event information, and your table assignment will be sent prior to the event. Please be sure to check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

By purchasing a vendor table, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all vendor rules and event policies published on our website.

Sales Policy

All vendor table sales are final. Cancellations are not permitted, and vendor tables may not be resold, transferred, or reassigned under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion.
