Display case rentals are available exclusively to registered vendors for the duration of the event.
Each rental includes:
One Zion display case
Acrylic risers
Security Deposit
A $150 cash security deposit is required when picking up your display case. The deposit will be returned when the display case and all included components are returned to the Liquid Games booth at the conclusion of the event.
Please Note:
A vendor table purchase is required to rent a display case.
Vendors are responsible for the display case and all included components while in their possession.
If the display case or any included components are lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, some or all of the security deposit may be retained to cover repair or replacement costs. Additional charges may apply if the cost exceeds the security deposit.
Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All display case rentals are final. No refunds, cancellations, transfers, or resales.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion.
